Welcome to Roqmart ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.roqmart.com) and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide software development, web design, IT consulting, strategy and related digital services. The scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate agreement, proposal, or contract.

2. User Roles

Provide accurate and complete information
Cooperate in a timely manner during project execution
Ensure that provided materials do not infringe on third-party rights

3. Payments

Fees and schedules are outlined in individual agreements
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

4. IP Rights

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed.

We retain the right to reuse general knowledge and skills
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio (subject to NDAs)

5. Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or lost data.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be resolved by arbitration in Nigeria.
